For Zen practitioners, all daily activities should be done with mindfulness. This is an expanded form of Vipassana. Not only breath, but walking, talking, eating and any other activity is to be done with mindfulness.  Zen is the a beautiful way of life and very relevant for our times. Thich Nhat Hanh is a compassionate Zen master with a very big following.
